Charles Moxon (b.1990) is a portrait artist who is based in London and New York.

He has exhibited widely in Europe and North America, including at the National Portrait Gallery, London.

Moxon’s sitters have included the politician Harriet Harman MP for the House of Commons and the 1950’s England footballer Roy Bentley (portrait currently on display in the Stamford Bridge collection). He was selected for the Young Masters Art Prize in 2012 and the BP Portrait award in 2016. He has exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in London and was selected for a residency and solo exhibition at the Lux Art Institute in San Diego.

He has recently been shortlisted for the RBA Rome Scholarship 2018.

Currently based in his London studio, he is working on new paintings and traveling to new private commissions around the world.
